These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Underflow website and services (the "Service"). The Service is operated by Jonah Dempcy, LLC ("Underflow," "we," "us"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

5. Payments and Subscriptions

Paid features (if any) are billed through Stripe. Prices and billing terms are shown at checkout. Taxes may apply. Refunds are handled according to our posted policy or as required by law.

6. Intellectual Property

The Service, its design, and its code are owned by Underflow or licensors and are protected by IP laws. You may not copy or reverse engineer except as allowed by law.

7. Third-Party Services

The Service may integrate third-party tools (such as Stripe or analytics). Your use of third-party services may be subject to their terms and privacy policies.

8. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Underflow will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid to us in the prior 12 months (or $100 if you paid nothing), unless a higher minimum is required by law.

10. Termination

You can stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violations.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and, where applicable, the state in which Jonah Dempcy, LLC is registered, without regard to conflict of law rules.
